Every year the Department of Dance Studies of the School of Performing Arts at the University of Malta organises a programme of choreographies by local and foreign artists, the Dance Tour. This show serves both as an experience of professional life for our students, and as a showcase of their work throughout their three years at university.

This year's performances show four choreographies by guest artists Jorge Crecis (Spain), Riccardo Buscarini (Italy), Ilaria Lagna (Italy) and Malta-based choreographer and UM Dance Studies Lecturer Lucía Piquero (Spain). The students work on the preparations of the show for two months and then present it both in Malta and abroad. This year the tour will take them to different cities in Spain, as well as to different venues in Malta.

The Department of Dance Studies looks forward to share the show with you, and is happy to invite you to the Valletta Campus Theatre on 16 and 17 November at 20:00. The duration of the performance is approximately 75 minutes.
