The EduChange project aimed to improve climate change education by focusing on innovative place-based methods of education. The project brought students and educators from four European universities with the aim of transforming field courses into innovative, creative learning environments in which teachers and students are active co-creators of knowledge. The project was carried out with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. The participating universities were University of Malta (through the Centre of Environmental Education and Research), Utrecht University (the Netherlands), Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim (Norway), and Palacky University Olomouc (Czechia).
