This programme of study is offered over a period of three semesters full-time with face-to-face tuition imparted over four week-long intensive training periods, during the first part of the course, coupled with intensive personal mentoring sessions during the subsequent dissertation period.
The course is designed to impart knowledge to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM) graduates, allowing you to become a successful entrepreneur and launch your own business ventures and to convince financiers to fund your ventures. Following an introduction to Entrepreneurship, you will cover topics in Innovation, Marketing, Strategy, Business Planning, Finance, Risk Management and Performance Management, all focusing on the requirements of entrepreneurs.
A mentored project will allow you to develop a feasibility study on a business of your choice, which leads to a final project consisting of a detailed business plan and funding presentations that can be applied in real life.
