DESCRIPTION | Objectives: To teach the principles of vegetable production with particular reference to those crops which are grown in greenhouses. Contents: Development of protected cropping in the Maltese islands; various types of greenhouses and greenhouse cultivation of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, melons and aubergines.
