DESCRIPTION | This study-unit provides a thorough introduction to the concepts of project planning and project management with an emphasis on how best practice can be used as a mechanism to manage and minimise business risk. Best practice for working with internal teams and external partners will be defined. Students will learn how good project planning and management can minimise business risk. Content: 1.
