DESCRIPTION Projects are the building blocks of a company’s success. To help them run smoothly and efficiently, companies rely on project management. This unit is based on the notion that success in project leadership depends on appropriate managerial style and attitudes, and not just specific tools for planning and controlling – thus also focusing on developing the manager’s conceptual thinking.
