DESCRIPTION | This course is aimed at providing a guide to the law governing the internal market. The primary aim is to give a clear presentation of the essentials and to provide the student with the appropriate tools for further in-depth thought and reading. The main focus of the course is on the 'four freedoms, goods, persons services & capital' and is geared towards a clear understanding of the reasoning and aims behind the main principles.
