DEPARTMENT | Inclusion and Access to Learning | |||||||||
DESCRIPTION | Students will gain knowledge about basic administrative procedures of specific host country structures such as Education, Health, Employment, Housing and Social Services thanks to the contribution of experts and practitioners in each field. They will explore entitlement and eligibility to such services as well as administrative procedures required to access them. Participants will become familiar with some basic terms used in public services as well as ways and possibilities of communicating with civil servants (administrative hierarchy, bureaucratic systems, writing letters and accessing documentation).
