Content:

The unit introduces students to the complex ethical and social responsibilities facing organisations, managers and employees. Organisational culture and approaches to making ethical judgements are addressed, as are stakeholder forces and ethical dilemmas facing managers in an increasingly international scenario.

The fundamental managerial function of planning and decision making is covered in detail. The strategic management process including its planning and implementation is thoroughly charted and various tools and models explored and applied. The fundamentals of decision-making are introduced. Main aspects of other key management functions are treated in relation to the context of business administration.
