DESCRIPTION Objectives

To provide skills in the extension of clinical pharmacy services and in the evaluation of new treatments

Content

- Definition of concepts of pharmaceutical care, clinical pharmacy, pharmacist prescribing
- Development and documentation of: dispensing, prescribing, responding to symptoms, pharmacotherapy monitoring in different care levels
- Implementation of quality assurance in clinical pharmacy services
- Drug delivery and dosage selection
