Payment Details

Early Bird Fees until Tuesday 4 March 2025 (noon C.E.T.)

Euro 125 per person

(Fee includes : conference pack, coffee breaks & lunches on conference days, reception and dinner)

Late registration Fee until 27 May 2025 (noon C.E.T.)

Euro 140 per person

(Fee includes : conference pack, coffee breaks & lunches on conference days, reception and dinner)

Fee for accompanying persons attending reception on 3rd June:  Euro 30 per person

Fee for accompanying persons attending dinner on 5th June:  Euro 75 per person

Deadline for Registration:  27 May  2025 (noon C.E.T.)

Limited bursaries are available for students and junior researchers. Students and junior researchers based in Malta may receive up to 100 euros to help cover the basic conference registration fee if awarded a bursary, subject to the number of applications. Overseas students and junior researchers may be awarded a maximum of 300 euros, subject to the number of applications.

To apply for a bursary please email islandlegacies@um.edu.mt with your name, contact and institutional details.

Please write not more than 500 words outlining why a bursary is necessary for you to attend, and what other sources of funding you have applied for. Please note that successful applicants must register first, may only claim the bursary retrospectively. Overseas applicants will require receipts.

Cancellation policy :

75% refund until 15 March 2025

50% refund until 01 May 2025, no refund after this date.
