Registration 

Should you wish to attend the University Maritime Platform Conference 2025, you are requested to fill in the Registration form below. 

Payment Details

Early bird registration fee:  100 Euro until 7 March 2025 (until noon CET)

Late registration fee:  150 Euro until 30 April 2025 (until noon CET)

Student Fee: 50 euro 

(this fee will be on a first come first serve basis until we reach the 50 participants limit)

Social Events

Optional dinner on 8 May 2025 at Mdina which includes transport from Campus, guided walking tour followed by dinner and return transport to hotels on the conference website list:  75 Euro per person

Participants may also select one of the Special Visits to local sites/entities to showcase the various themes: [Departure at 2:30pm and return at 6:30pm]. Due to limited space these will be on a first come first select basis.

A. Maritime and Technology themed site visit: Maritime MT
B. Environmentally themed site visits: UM Inst. Sustainable Energy & Marsaxlokk
C. Governance themed site visit: IMLI – IMO International Maritime Law Institute 

Registration deadline: 30 April 2025 (noon CET)

Cancellation policy:

75% refund until 06 March

50% refund until 01 April, no refund after this date.
