Registration Details
Should you wish to attend the WEMDCD Conference you are requested to fill in the Registration form
Each uploaded paper must be associated to one full registration. The full registration includes one paper upload. A second paper can be added to the full registration as an additional paper. Further additional papers should be associated with another full registration.
Payment Details
Early Bird fees applicable until 3 March 2025 (noon C.E.T.)
IEEE members: 400 euro per person
IEEE non-members: 500 euro per person
Students IEEE members: 250 euro per person
Students non-IEEE members early bird: 330 euro per person
Additional paper early bird (one allowed): 100 euro per person
IEEE Society & Life members, early bird: 300 euro per person
Additional Gala dinner ticket (9th April) early bird: 100 euro per person
Late Registration Fees
IEEE late members late fee: 500 euro per person
IEEE non-members late fee: 600 euro per person
Students IEEE members late fee: 350 euro per person
Students non-IEEE members late fee: 350 euro per person
Additional paper late fee (one allowed) @ 120 euro per person
IEEE Society & Life members late fee @ 350 euro per person
Additional Gala dinner ticket (9th April) late fee @ 120 euro per person
Additional reception ticket @ 25 euro per person
Deadline for Registrations: 3 April 2025 (noon C.E.T)
Cancellation policy:
75% refund until 01 October, 50% refund until 03 February, no refund after this date.
