The MA Taxation course offers a multi-disciplinary approach to the study of taxation offering students a unique perspective on tax policy. Students will gain an understanding of economics, law, accounts, and public policy with the course covering two years part-time evening studies.

Students will be able to attend workshops to discuss the most contemporary topics in taxation including transfer pricing, compliance as well as an in-depth course in Maltese taxation spread over two semesters. During the course students will have the opportunity to discuss various aspects of tax policy and tax design and review the impact of changes in international tax law and how this will affect corporate structures in Malta. Given the global changing environment in taxation, this course leads to promoting a level of understanding from both a practical and theoretical perspective.
