To request services or report issues, please use the Self-Service Portal using the button below (UM members only). You can also find advice on common IT-related issues in the Knowledge Base section of the portal or request help if you cannot find what you are looking for.

Unable to access your account?

If you do not have a UM IT Account or cannot access the Self-Service Portal, you can submit a request using the enquiry form. This form should be used for IT support requests only.

After you submit a request through the enquiry form, you will receive an automated email with a unique ticket number for your IT support request.
