• Meeting hosts can broadcast their microphone audio to all breakout rooms in a meeting. Previously, only device audio could be shared to breakout rooms from the main session.
  
  
• When sharing their screen in the main session, the host can now share their screen to all active breakout rooms. Any active sharing in the breakout sessions is interrupted and the sharer is prompted to save any current annotations before viewing the shared screen from the host.
  
  
• Hosts and co-hosts are able to better manage breakout rooms with the ability to search for participants in breakout rooms by name, allowing them to quickly view, assign or move participants between breakout rooms.

Hosts and co-hosts can now turn the polling feature into a quizzing platform as other types of questions have been enabled. In addition to the Single and Multiple Choice question types, hosts may now also use:

• Matching
• Rank Order
• Short Answer
• Long Answer
• Fill in the blank
• Rating scale

To create a quiz via polls:

1. Click the Polls button available within the main toolbar.
2. Click the Create button. You will be directed to the Create Poll / Quiz.
3. Choose Advanced Polls and Quizzing.
4. Click the Next button.
5. Set up your quiz by adding and editing questions within the question area.
6. Click Save.

Users can quickly blur their backgrounds without the need to access their Zoom Client settings. The Blur My Background option is available from the Start / Stop Video button in the main toolbar.

Users can set their theme to use dark mode within the Zoom Client’s General settings.

Meeting participants can request the host to enable Live Transcription, avoiding having to interrupt the host to request this verbally or through chat. This can also be requested anonymously.
