Abstract: In Christian history, there is no period without miracles and sacred prodigies. The miracle is presented as a very complex element within the Christian experience. Somehow, it implies the perception of the relationship between natural and supernatural and reveals the metamorphoses of this same perception. During the 17th century, miracles where everywhere, it was known as the age of the 'Baroque miracle'. This article describes how the phenomenon of miracles was spread during the Baroque period.
