Abstract: This article examines some important working conditions and attitudes of recent University of Malta graduates. The aspects of income, work-related stress, work-life balance, and work satisfaction are discussed on the basis of data deriving from tracer studies carried out between 2000 and 2008 among university graduates within a year from their graduation.
