Abstract: | Although Malta has been an independent country since 1964, there are numerous streets named after English figures such as Horatio Nelson. Flask advocates for the use of Maltese names instead of English ones, however, he believes that exceptions must be made for the names of foreign people who helped Malta combat external forces. |
