Lately, much effort has been done in order to find out needed information about the subject. This was done by means of research and interviews that helped the researcher shape this long essay. In this long essay, one can find the current situation of real estate in Gozo and the reason behind a tourist purchasing or renting a holiday/second home. Also this long essay includes the motivation of the purchase or rental of real estate in Gozo. The literature review defines the term real estate and tourism while combing them together. Also this was done specifically based on the island of Gozo.
