Abstract: | Ethics reflect the moral baseline of a group of people with a common vision and shared benefits. However, the truth always beats benign wishes with basic assumptions. For example, in 2018, the Chief Medical Officer of a leading research institute resigned due to failure to disclose payments from health care companies in dozens of research articles from the person, i.e., ethical misconduct started from a failure of disclosing the potential conflict of interest (COI). |
