Abstract: This research study aims in eliciting information regarding the various phenomena about gender discrimination focusing on the term of sexual harassment in the Police Force. As the Police Force is still a hindered organisation within the Governmental institution, it is nonetheless a target to be sustained regarding the institutional issues for any discriminatory concerns. Worth mentioning is the fact that this institution caters for persons of different gender, age and educational level. However this research strives to clear out certain polemical arguments in the concept of discrepancies between the gender at workplace. More than that, it must be noted that the author forms part of the Police Force and in regards to this research it is to be pointed out that the term sexual harassment is being sufficiently introduced in the working diary problematic menu task and thus the author is considerably curious about the statements that may come into view in a discipline Police Force. However this research is also intended to act as an introduction to a similar study, which may be conducted by the same author, in the near future.
