Abstract: This dissertation is part of the requirement for a course leading to a Higher Certificate in Land Administration (Planning) organised by University of Malta in conjunction with the University of Birmingham. This dissertation deals with thirteen of these towers built by Grand Master Martin De Redin, between 1658 and 1659. We shall also see which ones still stand, until today, proposal methods of restoration, and also proposal for different type of usage in conjunction to their historical value. Also, to try and propose monument of re-erection of the demolished Towers (to their original plan).
