Abstract: A leakage management is a complex of studies. The Water Services Corporation worked on this idea and became one of the best in water losses management around the globe. In the past, the WSC used to have different results in leakages traced. Recently, an intensive study lead to more accurate programmes where with the obtained reduced leakages, water produced was relatively decreased. This saved most of the expenses which were gathered along the years in water produced. This study enhanced leakage management namely to control and define leakages including their expense in avoiding water losses. Orientated in two different zones, this research covered a period of six weeks. A specialized team worked upon a desired Infrastructure Leakage Index value. The model discussed was based on an incentive value as the result of the obtained figures.
