Many organisations attempt to manage multiple projects without a formal Project Management approach leading to many unwanted scenarios such as project delays, penalties and lack of reputation. The aim of this dissertation was to find a suitable framework based on the industry demands, the overall organisation structure and the team members within a local company working in the Building Services Industry. Semi-structured questionnaires were used to collect data from the Project Managers forming part of the Contracts Department within Titan International Ltd. The results obtained were compared to the literature and any discrepancies were discussed. Based on the strengths and weaknesses pointed out during the discussions of the findings, a better way of operating was proposed to improve the way multiple projects are tackled by the Project Managers within this company.en_GB
