| Abstract: | According to the results of the European Surveillance of Antimicrobial Consumption (ESAC), outpatient antibiotic use in Croatia in 2001 (17.6 DDD per 1000 inhabitants per day) was comparable to the median use of 24 European countries, which were able to deliver valid data. |
