Dr. M. van Meensel of Belgium is an ardent collector and lover of Maltese stamps. In the Flemish Philately monthly "De POSTZEGEL" he has given a complete description of the stamps and history of Malta. As the quantity of a certain stamp printed is always of great interest, he mentions the low catalogue prices still quoted for the relatively small amount of stamps overprinted of the so called "MELITA" issue, with overprint "POSTAGE".en_GB
