Abstract: | No laws with direct relevance to tort law were enacted during 2009. A number of Legal Notices with marginal relevance to tort law was published as Subsidiary Legislation under the Occupational Health and Safety Authority Act, the Environment Protection Act, the Product Safety Act and the Food Safety Act, mostly to implement European Directives. |
