Abstract: No legislation with direct relevance to tort law was enacted in 2011. The amendments proposed in the White Paper on Civil Damages (reported in the 2010 Yearbook) have still not been implemented. 2011 was also an uneventful year for tort litigation. Only four cases are sufficiently interesting to merit reporting. [Excerpt]
