Abstract: The understanding and interpretation of human behaviour on the web has been the subject of numerous research efforts and discussions. Various studies have focused on the discovery of new methods that would provide insights on online customer behaviour and its interpretation. Due to its dynamic nature and wide reachability, the internet has been used by organisations as a means for providing a personalised experience with their current and potential customers.
