Abstract: | Spirituality sterns from a unique level of self-reflection and self-reflection and self-contemplation that leads to the bizarre status of self-negation. This self-negation creates the Malevichtean "empty" dimension of nothingness from which a novel level of spirituality is born. This is how one may interpret the ancient wisdom wombed within the Narcissus myth. Narcissus is transformed into a flower only after he " ... sees his reflection ... falls in love with it. Uselessly pining for his love, Narcissus wastes away ... His body disappears, and a flower with his name takes its place |
