dc.description.abstract	Dalla metà degli anni ottanta è emerso con prepotenza il fenomeno del cross listing e cioè la quotazione delle azioni di una società, sia in mercati soggetti alla legislazione dello Stato in cui la societ à ha sede, sia in mercati sottoposti alle regole di altri ordinamenti. In particolare, si segnala come la scelta delle società si dirige in modo prevalente verso i mercati anglosassoni. Le società straniere quotate al NYSE sono 459, al NASDAQ 335, e all’AMEX 63; mentre sono 353 le società straniere quotate al britannico	en_GB
