Abstract: Plastics have become an integral part of our daily lives. They are utilised in a broad range of products and activities, including construction materials and food packaging. Some plastics are toxic and may be harmful to both the ecosystem and human health. The seven frequently used plastic types and their toxicity will be discussed in this article.
