Abstract: The early type giant stars are ideal objects to perform chemical abundance analysis because of the clear lines in their spectra. Chemical abundance analysis can be accepted as an effective method to achieve important information about nucleosythesis, stellar evolution, and galactic chemical evolution. In this study, we aim to determine the photospheric chemical abundances of the early spectral type giant stars: HD 33266 and HD 205939. High resolution spectra of the stars, covering 3965-9120Å and 4100-7500Å, were obtained by RTT150 Telescope at Tubitak National Observatory (TUG). We discuss the reduction steps to make the spectra ready for chemical abundance analysis. Some measured equivalent widths for Fe, Ti, Cr, V were also given.
