| Abstract: | The Co-Cathedral of St. John in Malta houses a unique and valuable collection of artistic entities, including significant paintings by Mattia Preti and Matteo Perez d'Aleccio. This article discusses the urgent need for restoration of the altarpiece depicting the Baptism of Christ. The restoration process aims to preserve and revitalize the artwork to maintain its historical and artistic significance. |
