Abstract: | The general rule on admissibility is that all relevant evidence is admissible, subject to the exception found in the similar fact rule that the prosecution cannot in general adduce evidence of misconduct by the defendant on occasions other than that relating to the offence charged, or of any disposition or propensity of the defendant to behave in any manner in order to prove the case. |
