dc.description.abstractOLAF led fraud investigations in Malta involving EU funds are limited in number. In fact only one case has been effectively prosecuted. This case is currently sub judice, and hence a decision on the matter has not yet been reached. With this premise in mind, it is necessary to submit that the evaluation of the admissibility and value of OLAF produced evidence in Maltese criminal proceedings is difficult to gauge at this moment in time.en_GB
