Abstract: | Manoel Theatre presents the programme for a symphonic and operatic concert held in celebration of Malta gaining it's independence in that same year. The concert was directed by Mro. Mario Parenti, and featured the musical works from operas composed by Rossini, Giordano, Massenet, Verdi, and Puccini. The performance was held on the 22nd of September, 1964, at the Cathedral Square, in Mdina. |
