Abstract: At the outset, it is worth recalling that international law does not regulate which organ of the State should initiate, control, or conclude the termination/ withdrawal process under domestic law. Insofar as concerns termination, Article 67 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties provides that the notice of withdrawal or termination must be in writing.
