| Abstract: | Teatru Astra presents the programme for the passion play "Il-Passjoni ta' Kristu", translated and adapted from the yearly performance "Passionsspiel" held in Oberammergau (in Germany), and directed by Ġorġ Xerri. The religious performance featured the Chorus Urbanus and the Laudate Pueri Choir, instructed by Mro. John Galea, Joe Bezzina, and Maria Frendo. The performance was held on the 24th of March and the 7th of April, 1979, at Teatru Astra, in Victoria, Gozo. |
