Abstract: The Paceville Towncentre figures depict a generic trend line decrease in reported crime between 2012 and 2018, having experienced an increase in the previous years. This decrease is related to various issues as crime is evolving from a social-space structure to the invasion of personal-space, whilst the opportunities offered for the commissioning of crime is affected by both security and safety implementation in conjunction with the phenomenon of displacement. The victim dynamics relate to the increase in number of visitors, the increase in the number of officers on the ground, displacement (migration) towards new recreation zones, the creation of opportunities for crime and an evident temporal phenomenon when crimes are mostly reported. This report reviews the thematic, spatial and temporal issues related to the Paceville Towncentre crime and security issues. Age, gender, citizenship and country of source show a generic decrease in victimization across the years.
