Abstract: Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) tears: • Most common knee injuries (Cimino, Volk, & Setter, 2010). Occur during a simultaneous action of external rotation combined with sudden deceleration in the unstable, flexed knee (Brandon, 2014). Associated with injuries to other knee structures: • Meniscal tears, • Collateral ligament tears (Cimino, Volk, & Setter, 2010).
