Abstract: The central area of Bormla is consonant with a relatively high concentration zone in the central part as depicted in the map Bormla hosted the highest rate of offenders between 1980-1999 with Valletta coming a close second, Valletta topped the charts in the earlier decades. May this be related to social housing policies?
