Abstract: The InFLOWence Project works on the strengthening of the competitive potentials that one territory has when the functional links between centre and subcentres are valorized. This is done by creating the appropriate integration process tools and instruments of participation, and when capacity building processes are implemented and diffused. The project's approach is applied and validated both at institutional and economic level through agreements and institutional plans. Testing of this approach takes place through the launch of three Pilot Projects – Integrated Plans, Transnational Logistics Platform, and a Transnational Cluster of Cultural Industries. Areas analysed: Sliema, Valletta, Cospicua, Senglea, Vittoriosa, Poala, Kalkara, Marsa, Pieta, Ta’ Xbiex, Gzira, Floriana, Msida.
