Abstract: We praise Anudjo and their team for their excellent work summarising the existing research about sustainability in radiology and radiotherapy. The paper is well-written and shares important conclusions with crucial implications for practice. The paper answers the first part of their aims well: “This study aims to systematically explore and integrate current evidence relating to considerations for environmental sustainability (ES) in CRR practice”. However, the systematic search excluded crucial papers that hindered the researchers from fully answering the second part of their research question: “to provide a comprehensive guide for greener clinical practice, education, and research”.
