| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and Il-Kummissjoni Ġurnal Drama present the programme for the event "Soirée Lyrique": featuring poetry readings organised by John C. Friggieri, a theatrical performance of the scene "Ir-Rahan ta' L-Imħabba" from V. M. Pellegrini's "Martri tal-Golgota", and a concert performance from Chorus Melitensis directed by Mro. Joseph Sammut and featuring Bice Bisazza on the organ. The performance event was held on the 2nd of April, 1969, at the Manoel Theatre in Valletta. |
