| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and The Vernon-Brice Opera Group present the programme of the 3-act fairy opera "Hansel and Gretel", written by Engelbert Humperdinck, produced by Sheila Bain, and featuring an orchestra conducted by Joseph Sammut. The performance also featured Dream Ballet, performed by the pupils of Lilian Attard Ballet School. The performance was held from the 26th till the 28th of December, 1969, at the Manoel Theatre in Valletta. |
