Abstract: | The courts of constitutional jurisdiction, namely the Civil Court First Hall and the Constitutional Court, are entrusted with the enforcement of the Constitution in our country. This responsibility is onerous, essential and cannot be renounced. Unfortunately, that is what is happening. |
