Abstract: Manoel Theatre, in association with the National Cash Register Co. Ltd., presents the programme for the Manoel Theatre Orchestra's orchestral performance "Beethoven Commemoration", conducted by Mro. Joseph Sammut, led by George Spiteri, and starring pianist Marian Coppini and soprano Antoinette Miggiani. The event, which celebrated the life and works of Beethoven, featured the composer's musical works. The concert was held as part of the Malta Arts Festival 1970, on the 5th of May, 1970, at the Manoel Theatre in Valletta.
