Faculty of Laws Newsletter : February 2024 : issue 16

Abstract

The Faculty of Laws anounced to the M.Adv. and LL.M. students that this year it is organising another trip to Luxembourg, in March 2024. We will be visiting the Court of Justice of the European Union, and the Court of Auditors. The students were given full details and within a few days the thirty allocated places were all taken up. Our visit to the CJEU includes meetings with the Maltese Judges namely Prof. Peter Xuereb, Prof. Eugene Buttigieg and Dr Ramona Frendo. Our visit to the European Court of Auditors includes a meeting with Dr George Hyzler amongst other distinguished persons. Overall, this trip promises to be interesting and an experience which we augur that our M.Adv. and LL.M. students will cherish for many years to come.
